Operation create.table.from.file_bundle in plugin tabular v0.5.1
Create a table value from a text file_bundle.
The resulting table will have (at a minimum) the following columns:
- id: an auto-assigned index
- rel_path: the relative path of the file (from the provided base path)
- content: the text file content
